Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Should you want to return or exchange a purchase, you may do so at your sole expense. IMMIX is not responsible for the cost of return shipping on product, whether for exchange or return. Product that is returned must be returned in brand-new, re-saleable condition and must not show any signs of wear. In addition, the packaging for the product must be in new condition (excluding the shipping box). In addition, all returns requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be requested and processed here. This time period also coincides with our 100% guarantee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
